Phoenix playing two new songs on Saturday Night Live

Parisian rockers, PHOENIX, have announced they will be performing on Saturday Night Live April, 4th and will debut two new songs off their upcoming release, "Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix," due out May 26.
The group plans to play "1901" the first single — available for download here — and "Lisztomania," named after Franz List, the first huge classical music star and the 1975 movie of the same name.
This is the first time Phoenix has been offered the slot on SNL, a very popular platform of exposure in the states. Let's hope the kids catch on to the band's return to what they do best — fuzz it up and dance it out. Seth Rogen hosts, presumably to push his new movie "Observe and Report," due in theaters Friday, April 10. Check out the trailer — here
